Few names, if any, are more well-known in the world of cycling than Specialized.
Specialized's Turbo Vado, the company's flagship electric commuter, is the latest to be put through the EBR ringer. Sporting a specially tuned Brose 250W mid-drive motor, 710Wh battery, Sram drivetrain and brakes, it's a bike that is spec'd to the nines.
Given the componentry in play and being around a $4,000 price point, we had high expectations for the feel and performance of this bike. We were eager to see if it could live up to the hype.
