Following last week’s release of the uber-affordable Lectric XP Trike2, Buzz Bikes released an even lower-priced electric trike called the Cerana T2. This trike boasts a
500W mid-drive motor, a cargo basket with 71L of cargo volume, and a price tag of around $1400.

In other news, Giant Bicycles is recalling over 6,000 Momentum Vida E+ e-bikes due to a faulty steerer tube. Owners of affected bikes are encouraged to check their serial numbers and contact their dealer to schedule an inspection.

Additionally, a Dutch startup company called TILER
has announced a new product that can charge e-bikes wirelessly through the combination of a floor-mounted charging station and a replacement kickstand. It’s a cool concept that’s similar to Apple’s MagSafe charging technology.
