Hello ,
E-bikes range in price anywhere from around $1,000 and upwards close to $20,000 for top-of-the-line spec'd or custom bikes. While you see some of the more expensive ones in the wild from time to time, by far the most common are the easier to afford ones.
We are often asked what our favorite cheap (in price, never in quality) e-bikes are which is why this week the EBR staff compiled our choices for the best cheap electric bikes out on the market today.
Specialized, one of the top manufacturers in the cycling world, unveiled new iterations of their popular Turbo Como and Turbo Vado bikes on Tuesday. They also introduced an all-new eMTB called the Turbo Tero.
On the review front this week Pierce was able to review the TurboAnt Thunder T1. This fat tire e-bike showed some serious hill climbing capabilities and had a nice safety feature we don't often see when it comes to the throttle of e-bikes.

Between the fat tires and adjustable ride positioning, the Thunder T1 will meet the fun factor and comfort requirements people often look for in electric fat bikes. The T1’s design makes gravel roads seem not so gravelly and on road riding feel like a magic carpet.
