Cargo electric bikes were seen all over the Eurobike show this year with many different designs, including a folding e-cargo bike!
A few all wheel drive electric bikes (motors in the front and rear hubs) were spotted around the show and these could allow you to ride through almost anything.
Mid drive systems are popular in the European e-bike market with systems from: Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Panasonic, Brose, Bafang, TransX, and more.

At Eurobike 2015 Stromer just showed off their new electric bike models: the ST1S, ST1T, and ST2S with some cool new features, including a nearly 1,000 watt hour battery on the ST2S!
Stromer has also joined the Electric Bike Expo test track event series for 2016 and they will have these new e-bikes in addition to their ST1 and ST2 models available for test
ride.

Some of the new e-bike tech developments from Eurobike include: an injection molded e-bike frame for quick production, the EnergyTube modular battery system, a hub motor with automatic transmission, an autonomous e-trike prototype, and more!
Also, Samsung and LG had some new battery cells with higher energy density on display that could be good news for electric
bikes in the future.
