Some people think that riding an electric bike is cheating and that is only true if they are used in a conventional bicycle race. 

Unfortunately this is happening in professional bicycle racing and CBS recently did an in depth report on this during a 60 Minutes episode. 

Paul Willerton reports on this new form of "mechanical doping".
